Entryways are especially problematic when they settle, but generally are easy to repair.
In the photos below, a small garage / house door exit settled under an inch.
Two injections to fill the void along the foundation and one to
raise the settled entry resulted in a permanent solution to the settled concrete.
In the photos below, the concrete entry slab had settled creating an uneven step.
The walk to step slab is the most common settled slab we raise.
After two injections the walk is back to the entry steps completely eliminating the hazard.
In the photos below, this apartment entry also acts as the support for the stairs resulting in sloping stairs.
A tricky lift due to the point load of the stair support CLS made small injections near the
point load to gradually bring the stairs into alignment without fracturing the supporting slab.
